When you submit a pledge, we collect your first name, last name, email address, pledge amount, and optionally a message. This data is used to record your non-binding pledge of intent and to contact you when a compliant donation mechanism is established.

When you submit a media enquiry, we collect your name, media outlet, email, phone number, deadline, and query. This data is used to respond to your enquiry.

How long data is retained

Declaration data is retained for the duration of the campaign and for up to 12 months thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion. Pledge data is retained until the pledge is either fulfilled or withdrawn, and for up to 12 months thereafter. Media enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months.
